"The Golden Palace" - "Sex, Lies and Tortillas" - May 7, 1993

 "The Golden Palace" was the follow up series to the smash hit "The Golden Girls" featuring Betty White, Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty reprising their roles as Rose, Blanche and Sophia respectively.  The cast was joined by Don Cheadle as Roland Wilson, Billy L. Sullivan as Oliver Webb and Cheech Marin as Chuy Castillos.  The final episode of the series aired on this day twenty-nine years ago.  Estelle Getty would go on to play Sophia Petrillo for two more years on the spin-off series "Empty Nest", but Betty White and Rue McClanahan played Rose and Blanche for the final time in this episode.
