"I Love Lucy" - "The Sublease" - May 24, 1954

 Celebrating the 68th Broadcast Anniversary of this classic episode!

Lucy (Lucille Ball) and Ricky (Desi Arnaz) plan to be away for the summer and decide to sublet their apartment.  Friction arises between the Ricardos and the Mertzes (Vivian Vance and William Frawley) over the fact that the Ricardos will be making a profit on their sublease.  Once that matter is resolved the apartment is sublet to the eccentric Mr. Beecher (Jay Novello).  The next issue that everyone must deal with is where will the Ricardos go when Ricky's gig is canceled and Mr. Beecher refuses to move.
