"The Lucille Ball-Desi Arnaz Show" was a sixty minute version of "I Love Lucy" that aired as thirteen special episodes between 1957 and 1960, with various sponsors including Ford and Westinghouse.

In addition to Lucy and Desi reprising their roles as Lucy and Ricky Ricardo, Vivian Vance and William Frawley returned as Ethel and Fred Mertz as did Keith Thibodeaux as Little Ricky.
