In order to impress his boss, Ralph puts on a production of A Christmas Carol himself.  Norton is the director, Scrooge and Tiny Tim.  Alice is Mrs. Cratchit and Trixie is a daughter of the Cratchits.  Ralph jumps in as Bob Cratchit.  In the end, after so many years of loyal service Ralph gets the ultimate Christmas gift, a promotion.
