What Could They Be After?

 The Batman motion picture in 1966 saw the first time that Batman villains ever teamed up on screen.  The gallery of rouges was made up of Burgess Meredith as The Penguin, Cesar Romero as The Joker, Frank Gorshin as The Riddler and Lee Meriwether as The Catwoman.  Their plan was to capture Commodore Schmidlapp and use his Instant Whiskey Maker to remove all the moisture from the bodies of the members of the United World Organization and ransom off what was left of them (sand) for one billion dollars cash from each country.
